HDFC Bank — harassment from your recovery team even i paid settlement amount

Dear sir, this is siva rama krishna jadam, cousin brother of pavan kumar maddireddy, my brother having credit card with hdfc when he is working at hyderabad, he got accident in hyderabad and we have taken him back to home for the treatment and by resigning his job, its take few months for his health recovery and he got noticed his credit card payment is pending from few months with lot of penalties, he informed me about that, i called on my own and requested for the settlement for the credit card that my brother really not in the position to clear, i have taken responsibility to clear the settlement amount, when i have called your team responded very positively and gave the settlement for 21500 rupees, i have paid 10000 rupees after the settlement date and for remaining 2 installments i gave bank cheques of my brother hdfc bank account, 1 is for 5000 and another one is for 6500, i have deposited 5000 for the cheque on the bank account, but the cheque got bounced because hdfc hold the account with the amount of his credit card due, we have called and requested bank to remove the hold, i have informed that to your hdfc persons and they said to do the 5000 payment directly to his credit card account and they are going to send that bounced cheque return to me, i paid 5000 directly to his credit card account, even then i have contacted many time about the cheque and for the final installment amount of 6500 they are postponed we will contact our seniors and let you know, waited for the reply not got and even bank account hold is also not cleared, then after i have called many times and they said we will inform you, and i received calls that our cheque bounced and i have to pay that, after so many calls finally on september last week few people from hdfc came to our home i have explained what happened and they said they will not return the canceled cheques and asked me to pay the remaining amount 6500 and then it will be closed i have paid that on 5th october 6500 directly to the credit card account, from last 4 days i am receiving harassment calls from hdfc people with very bad language and browbeating not only me they are calling continuously to my all family member's including my mother and talking very badly with unusual words, i have explained everything what happened and tried to explain with your waiting only the delay happened but they didn't have patience at all and said i have to pay the remaining amount other wise they will see the end of me and my brother including my family members, i requested them to not call to my mother she is a patient, daily we are getting huge number of harassment calls, i have paid what is the settlement made for and delay happened by your hdfc persons not proper response, please reply me asap by validate the settlement and please provide me the clearance conformation that we can show to protect us from these people, please try to understand our family situation with your harassment calls, please understand our situation that we are waiting for your reply till that we have to live with our hearts in hand.

I have sent mails to their customer care email ids customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com,
[protected]@hdfcbank.com, Along with all the proofs, no any reply i got from them, And the harassment calls increased, continuously calling to all our family members numbers, Going to HRC to file a complaint, Could anyone please suggest me how to complain with HRC... Thanks
