HDFC Bank — Harassment of the customer care executive

Sir,
I have a credit card bearing no [protected]. I have paid an amount of rs10000/- through neft payment from andhra bank on 17th of this month which was after my due date. I was reminded by one of your executives mr. Murali regarsing the payment. Since then, i have recieved over 30-40 calls from him from the no [protected] regading the non - updation of the payment that i made on monday. I gave him the ref no and the txn id of andhrabank which he refused to take as he had to call me 4-5 times for it which was due to my mistake. I couldnt bare his calls and made a cash payment of rs5100/- at gowliguda branch, hyderabad on 21stoct. He again called me 10 times that the payment has not been updated who earlier said that it would update in 3-5 minites. I asked him an alternative mobile number so that i could send him the cash reciept and the ref no, which he refused to give upon multiple requests from me. He has disturbed me every day in the last week with 5-7 calls. I had to pay 4500. I paid 15100 due to his irritating calls. He wouldnt listen to what i try to tell him. I never faced such problem earlier though i recieved calls from your executives regarding late payment. I earlier faced problrms with the neft txns taking time to get upadated in the credit card. I felt very insulted when he continuously asked me whether i made the the payment or not even after i provided him the ref no.. The most stupidest thing done was sending a executive to my house early in the morning on 24thoct. That is completely ridiculous. I have been paying the amounts regularly though i have been paying them late. I never faced such a problem earlier. I regret to inform that he has made me hate the hdfc cards. I suffered a lot due to his calls both in my office and at home. Even if had a girl friend, she would not have called me these many times. If there had been a late payment, i am ready to pay the charges for it. I had to listen to his nonsense though i paid the amount. I sincerely, from the bottom of my heart am complaining on mr. Murali. Please look into the matter.
