HDFC Bank — have not received physical fastag | |
I have applied for fastag on may 2019, i have received customer id and wallet id. But i still have not received the physical tag. I had called the customer care number multiple times. They gave me different reasons and even asked me to send my address and contact details by mail, which i did. But still no avail. They don't respond to mails and now i am not able to reach them on phone as well. The reference number is hfr122607. What to do now? Was this information helpful? | |
