HDFC Bank Bank Fastag — first time user registration says "no records" I am Prasad Hublikar 25th feb 2021 I got my Fastag chip sometimes on25th feb 2021. Till now contentiously trying to register, but it always says no records. I tried contacting the customer care number printed on the chip card. But nobody picks up the call. I have no clue what to do now. Wasted the money, I feel. Never thought a reputed bank, like HDFC, will have such a pathetic service in a particular department. Usually they are good in core banking sector. But here they definitely failed. My application reference no. is HFR02096467. HDFC team: if you are listening, please enable my chip records ASAP. As I am unable to register and unable to recharge, I have to wait in the queue in toll booths and pay and go. Please resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
