Respected sir/ma'am, I would to inform you that i vinod soni applied for credit card in 26th oct 2017 the represantive collect my all documents and submitted all documents are verify after that application shown it's process in dated 30th oct few days more shown it's disapprove (A format of the copy of letter sent to you has been attached for your reference. Pls fulfill the requirement and respond to us for processing the application further. Thank you) in dated 9 nov 2017 again i will send my documents after submit i got a msg from hdfc credit section 13 nov 2017 msg are "we have completed processing your hdfcbank creditcard app [protected]rk. For details pls visit www.hdfcbank.com/personal/credit_card/cc_track after 2 days" after msg i can check my status few days back but it's shown disapprove. Please help me Refe. Verified Support Nov 17, 2017 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Mr.Soni, we assure that your application was put through Bank's internal processing parameters. As you are aware that verification forms an important leg in the processing of credit card application. During the application processing, we were unable to establish contact with you at your office address/office contact numbers to complete the verification. Hence, the application could not be proceeded at that point in time. We request you provide us a written declaration confirming the correct office address along with the telephone number with extension to enable us do the needful.
