It is unfortunate, i applied for hdfc fastag through online, and paid the required amount of rs. 500/. I am unaware of the progress of the fastag, trying to contact through their customer number but it is always busy, i am very much unhappy with the service of hdfc fastag. I submit Fastag application No :- HFR354991 submitted in HDFC Bank on dated:-11.11.2019 I call to many time to customer care No [protected] many time but they make many excuse to response for delivery of fastag til date. transaction of Rs 500/- on spot during online application done by me

I want to raise a complaint about HDFC bank, as even after the completion of turn around time, I hv still not received my debit, thus unable make any online transactions. I want to escalate this issue and and want to compensate the bank in any terms.
