I applied for fastag on 3rd dec and i have submitted the all the required document through online and i got a mail with customer id & wallet id detail, but no information regarding how to collect my fastag.

My application reference no is hfr870305.

There is helpline [protected] is not connecting even once in last 10 days. Tried calling hdfc bank customer care, they gave status. [protected]@sahaj.co.in email to contact further, but all mails are bouncing with this id.

It will be great if you could update the status of my fastag courier details.

Your application has been received at our end & you will receive the Tag in 15 working days from the date of application. The dispatch details of the tag will be shared with you via SMS.

Its been 11 working day from ordering Fastag from HDFC, still i have not received an email or SMS of dispatch details of my Fastag.

Can you please do the needfull in sharing dispatch details.
