HDFC Bank — hdfc bank fastag | |||
My fastag is blacklisted or deactivated. I came to know about it when i used it first time at toll plaza on february 29, 2020. I contacted to hdfc fastag customer care, they assured me that the issue will take two working days to resolve. But, as of march 24, 2020, it has not been resolved yet. I continuously contacted to customer care since then and they usually told that my issue will be resolved within two working days. It is highly disappointing to get the hdfc fastag and the pathetic response of hdfc bank fastag customer care service. Please do the needful asap. Hope to get positive response this time.
