[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc bank fastag first time user registration says "no records"

I had received hdfc fastag after a long wait, but the first time user registration says no records message.

I had entered my customer id 12 digits & wallet id and also the 16 digit rf id number from the fasttag sticker along with vehicle registration number as per the procedure, but still no success on the registration.

The toll free number is of waste.
