HDFC Bank — hdfc bank fastag payment issue: session timeout error screen appears

Hi,
My self balamurugan. I have applied for hdfc bankhdfc fastag on nov28th 2019 for my car. During the process, payment issue: session timeout error screen is appeared on my system and rs.500 amount deducted from credit card account. When i called the hdfc fastag it is always busy after so many tries they asked me to wait for 2days. Till now it is not reverted back to my credit card account. Worst experience with hdfc fastag.

Such issue is not expected from hdfc bank : (
