[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc bank fastag - reference number - hfr838045

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 1000inr (For two fastag, not sure why they charging 500inr for one, also 500inr includes some kind of insurance i dnt know why). The reference number of the application is hfr838045. Now its been 3 weeks i haven’t received the fastag. There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended. I have been with hdfc for 7 years now (Saving acc,) and this is the worst moment with them. The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
