[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc bank fastag services | |||
I made an online application for fastag for my vehicle tn20bk3843 through the hdfc portal on 27/11/2019. I completed all the details including rc book uploading and paid rs.500 using my hdfc credit card. After the transaction got completed there was server timeout message, credit card was debited and processed but i didn't get any confirmation from hdfc fastag. After trying multiple times to fastag customer care number, contacted hdfc phone banking and raised a complaint on 30/11/2019. Kindly acknowledge and confirm my fastag application or give directions to refund my amount paid. Was this information helpful? | |||
