[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc bank hdfc fastag payment issue: session timeout error screen appears and amount deducted | |||
Hi, I was trying to apply for hdfc fastag on 28-nov 2019. After i was done with payment, a screen appeared that showed "session timeout or error on page. Please try again after sometime" I tried 2 times, both the times the amount got deducted and error displayed on the screen. 1000 rs deducted. I called on the hdfc fastag helpline number. But there is not proper option to speak directly to customer care executive. This is very bad experience from reputed bank. If they are not able to manage web page properly why they should provide an online option to get fastag. Etoll1291683 Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi,
This is regarding fastag. I have applied fastag from HDFC bank portal on 28-Nov-2019.
2 times I have attempted and both the times after I filled all the mandatory details, during payment I have an error from website saying “Session timeout, please try after sometime”
Transaction 1:[protected]:10:11:29
Transaction 2:[protected]:10:20:34
Money has been deducted from my credit card, I did not see any refund back in my statement after 5 days also.
Please refer snapshot of transaction updates from HDFC Bank credit card statement and SMS details. Can you please refund the amount back to my card.
