HDFC Bank — hdfc bank I didn't receive my fastag and customer care is not reachable | |
I have applied for fastag via hdfc online on 15.12.2019 with the details below: UPDATE: FASTag application HFR01131357 was successful. You will receive a PDF on registered Email ID and FASTag in 7 working days. For details, call [protected] After applying, i got message stating that file form pdf will send to your registered email, which I haven't received and customer care is unresponsive/ unreachable. 500 rupees was deducted on this and not sure how to proceed on this issue further. I'm a customer for HDFC since 7 years and this is first time where I am facing such issues. Was this information helpful? | |
