[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc bank imps transaction timed-out still amount deducted

I have an salary account [protected] in hdfc bank (+91 [protected]) and i have transferred rs 2000/- using imps on 30th dec, 2019 to indian bank savings account a/c [protected]. The imps ref no[protected].
Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to recipient.
I got message that it timed out and status shows in my netbanking as transaction initiated.
Either initiate the transaction or refund the money into the account.

Message received:
Update: your money transfer of inr 2, 000.00 on 30-12-19 timed out due to technical reason. (Imps ref no.[protected].
If this transaction is not done by you, call [protected].

Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

Hi Team,

It's been almost 3 days. Since, i didn't any response active from HDFC.
I am certainly checking in both the accounts (whether it's got refunded / got transferred).

Can someone please tell me the status of this complaint?

Please resolve it ASAP.

Please let me know if any details needed regarding this issue.

Dear Customer,

We have checked our records and confirm that your fund transfer through IMPS was timed out due to technical issues at the Beneficiary bank's end. The same will be credited in the Beneficiary account or refunded back to your account within 3-4 working days. If either does not happen, please provide the Beneficiary account statement from the transaction initiation date to (today's date) or beneficiary bank's written confirmation about non-receipt of the refund at https://cutt.ly/hry2CvH to check and assist you better in this regard. Please mention reference number TT[protected] for us to promptly respond to you via e-mail.
