This is the last time i am complaining. Mr anay my cust id is 22840860. The issue again i met ms bhirva from shanti park branch from 2018 september and requested to stop ecs from dhfl and 2 other banks. I gave atleast 8 letters almost every month. She never told me i need noc. She said hdfc earned more than 60000 frm me by stealing from my ac. Ms komal in november said i need noc.
I met bhirva on december 12 and she assured me the entire amount will be credited back and not to take legal action. I decided to give her 1 chance. Today is 31st no fee waiver given.
You have stolen 60000 and more within a year. I am giving you 5 days. If the amount is not credited back will take legal action. I ve already complained to rbi today.

My main issue is you stole more than rs 60000 from me due to the fees which was illegal. Ms Bhirva could have given me the details about NOC in september 2018. But then you would not have earned more than 60000 rs from me. I am a heartpatient with 2 attacks on the verge of 3rd. You have no option other than refunding the money. I have already filed a complaint with RBI against unfair practiss. I am in Kerala in complete bedrest. I will be back after the 15th. I have instructed my lawyer D Pisolkar to file a case. My lawyer said i will get at least 2 lakhs as compensation for the trsuma you caused me. It is better to return my money and i will put this issue in social media and newschannels as people need to see what hdfc is before investing their hardearned money. My husband is working in Times Now and my sister in NDTV. So you have to return my money. Why would i pay for Ms Bhirvas rudeness and unprofessionalism? I have a copy of all letters i gave her
Hdfc dont bother. I ve complained to rbi cms. I will not rest till i get my money you stole from my ac 0286. Cust id 22840860. My lawyer said if i file a case in court, you will end up paying 2 lakhs as compensation for 60000 you stole from me. I am a heart patient and need the money for treatment . You could have easily stopped ecs when requested. Ms Bhirva admitted her mistake and she again lied to me about waiving the fees.
My lawyer has won many cases against hdfc. I will not leave you.
Bhirva just now spoke to me so dont say did not speak to me. She again spoke about fee waiver
I ve still not got the fee waiver she ppromised. I told her i will submit the noc after 15th when i come back to mumbai. I am in banglore for a serious heart issue. You have no other option till i get the entire fees from september 2018. It is my hardearned money you stole. Mr Anay you have no other. I have already hired my lawyer D Pisokar a lawyer in Bombay High Court. Lawyer said court will easily award 2 lakhs compensation as you deliberately caused trauma to a heart patient . I already had 2 attacks and on the verge of 3rd attack. This is the last time i am writing. Next time it will be my lawyer. Your guilt is proved when Priya Nair from mindspace acknowledged her guilt and gave 2 month waiver. Ignore it at your own peril. This issue will be put in all social media and news channels as my husband is in Times Now and sister on NDTV. This time Mr Anay you cannot hope to win. Hope you will see sense and return my money that you stole.
As expected you are ignoring the promised fee waiver for Ms Bhirvas rudeness and unprofessionalism. I have now signed the papers for legal representation. D Pisolkar a Bombay highcourt lawyer is handling my case. Since you do not want to return the money you stole from me now be prepared to pay more as compensation.

    Please refund rs173 for khalapur +rs 57 for talegaon which was deducted wrongly on the fast tag account as toll people made us pay cash rs 230 for khalapur toll plaza as they said fast tag machine is not working. After paying cash at toll and 15mts later I got this message that rs173 +57 was deducted by fast tag.

      Refund reference number provided by flipkart but hdfc is not returning my money. Refund was initiated on 6th nov 14:09 but still haven't received the amount

      They sent a refund reference number but customer care refused to track refund using reference number. Please get the complaint resolved as soon as possible.

        Hello sir / madam,

        I have not received by wallet id for my fastag. Because of this i am not able create fastag account for myself.

        I have received my rfid from hdfc and when i try to login, it is asking for wallet id and in hdfc portal it was mentioned that wallet id will be received from the welcome emailer. Unfortunately, i haven't received the welcome emailer as well. My vehicle no. Is mh12 fy4936. Your customer care number is also always busy. Please help me asap.

          hdfc bank imps transaction timed-out still amount deducted

          I have an salary account [protected] in hdfc bank (+91 [protected]) and i have transferred rs 2000/- using imps on 30th dec, 2019 to indian bank savings account a/c [protected]. The imps ref no[protected].
          Amount debited from a/c but not yet credited to recipient.
          I got message that it timed out and status shows in my netbanking as transaction initiated.
          Either initiate the transaction or refund the money into the account....

          Hi i have applied fastag using hdfc bank. I have received the wallet id and customer id. But still i didn't receive fastag sticker. No representative called from their end and even i couldn't reach them using the customer care number the wallet i can see it is recharged with 300rs. 200rs. Service charge i guess. Without fastag i am facing lot of trouble in toll gates. Either hdfc should respond or they should resolve this issue.

            I have applied for Fasttag on 20/Dec/2019 and got the sms/mail with acknowledgement that the card should be delivered with in 7 working days. But yet to be received, PFB details. Please resolve this ASAP and provide me an update me.

            please help me to get the fasttag sticker on priority basis

              I have applied for hdfc fastag online and received the customerid/wallet number. But even after 10 days now, no fasttag has been delivered yet. Tried contacting customer care toll free number which is busy every single time i have tried to contact. I have tried multiple days multiple times a day without a single success.                 Sir my vehicle number is rj28cb0054, i have hdfc bank fastag
                When i am going to toll plaza they say your fastag is blacklisted
                Eventhough i have more than rs 500 in my wallet and my status is active.
                Customer care number not working, i talked to 1033 not doing anything.
                I tried customer care number so many times but its always busy.

                  Rs 885 has been charged on account of debit card annual fee on 30th december, 2019. Debit card fee can't be that much. Plese let me know how to stop this.

                    banks rejects nach mandate even if the signatures are correct

                    I have a home loan sanctioned from ICICI housing finance. As I have savings account with hdfc, i have submitted nach form as security mandate at ICICI bank. It is the second time hdfc has rejected my nach request twice. I have attached those screenshots. Please advise if banks validates pan card signature??...

                    As i have told 2 to 3 times that to close my account because i have changed my salary account to icici but they haven't closed it and now i hv joined a new organization they have only hdfc and my saving account is negative 1 lac rupees.

                    Even i have advised them to close my account 2 to 3 times still executives are very rude. Nobody at bank listening my complaint

                      I made an online payment worth of 5 usd on 23/12/12 which is approximately 360 inr but 3484 inr is been deducted from my account (While paying in online i didn't get any otp from the bank for transaction). Later 11 inr was deducted on 26/12/17 stating debit card pur adj dt 23/12/19. Later again 144 was deducted on 30/12/19 stating. Dc intl pos txn markup+st 23/12/19 26/12/19.
                      Please explain why did the money got deducted without otp awareness. Whether it is a fraudulent?

                          During one of my visits to HDFC Bank Sector 8 Panchkula, I was sold a Fastag for Rs 500. The amount was charged to my HDFC Credit Card on 07 Sep 19 with the promise that I will get my Fastag at my home within few days.

                          Till date I have not received my Fastag.

                            My credit card amount was due which I decided to clear the entire amount of 16974 at once. Credit card recovery Dept executive named Raja called me on 27/12/2019 and forwarded me a payzapp link. The first link did not work and then he sent again following which I made the payment via my debit card of another bank.
                            The payment was shown as a "success" and a txn id delivered. But it's now 30/12/2019 and till now no message has been sent regarding the receipt of the dues from HDFC's side nor have they updated my outstanding dues amt in the website.
                            Called hdfc credit card helpline to which a lady said the problem lies with payzapp department.
                            Called payzapp department and they said it lies with their merchant department of payzapp.
                            Called merchant department of payzapp also, and the lines are forever busy.
                            No contact from bank and no redressal mechanism. Very indifferent service provider. No attempts to assist and resolve matters and just one way communication facilitated. I only get to talk to them when they have something to tell.
                            It's almost time for the next month's stmt to be generated and here I am trying to hope against hope that my amount stands acknowledged.

                              My hdfc fasttag is blacklisted and there is no support from hdfc to resolve this issue.

                              There fasttag helpline number is never reachable or nobody picks.

                              I am having a balance of Rs 100 in it but still i am unable to use it at toll.

                              Toll plaza guys says i have to get in touch with hdfc and hdfc never helps.

                              I am frustrated because of this.

                              I literally want to get rid of hdfc tag now. My money is stuck and there is no service provided to me from hdfc

                              I have another car no, TN01AV2074, i have Rs 1700 in this FASTAG acc, still i am unable to use it. this is also blacklisted

                                  I started my saving account ([protected]) in HDFC bank around 1.5 year ago when I started my new job. But after sometime I decided to start my further studies so i quit my job. I was not able to maintain MAB but for few month I didnt got any information about negative balance and then suddenly it shows -2000 for not maintaining MAB. My account is in BHIWADI, RAJASTHAN (HDFC0000168) branch. I tried to contact coustomer care service a number of times but didnt get any reply from their side. As per the rule of RBI no bank can turn the saving account balance into negative and if they do so... We can complain about that. But these private banks are fooling people as they think that people dont know anything... I am not going to pay a single penny... Even if they Close my account i dont care... Anyhow it is going to be closed after 2 years.

                                    Hello Team,

                                    I'm using HDFC BANK for last 10 years, and I have applied my fastag with HDFC Bank on 12th Dec 2019, I have received both customer ID and wallet I'd on 16th Dec 2019, but I couldn't get the fastag sticker and more then 15 days crossed, but I couldn't get back my fastag sticker.

                                    I'm trying to get my status with fastag customer care number[protected] for last four days, I couldn't able to reach the people, I never and ever seen this type of service in my life particularly in HDFC Bank.
