HDFC Bank — hdfc bank in my 400rs debit but not add in amazon pay add mony 3 day after my 400rs not refund

My rs 400 was taken out of the account but if amazon pay was not added then i request hdfc bank to send my rs 400 back to my account or hdfc bank complaint will be lodged against me.
