HDFC Bank — hdfc bank iphone 11 cashback not received

Hi,
I bought my iPhone using HDFC debit card from Reliance Digital on[protected]. I was told that the cash back will be credited within 120 days. However, I have not received it till now.
Please take a look.

Updated by W Thabah Please note that when i bought the iphone, as per the advertisement, if i use the HDFC credit or debit i should get a cash back of 6000 INR. The duration of this cashback is 120 days. If you check the time till now, it has been more than 120 days. However, i have note received the cash back till now. Please take a look at this issue and let me know what is the problem.
