[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc bank mentally harassed me

My name is lokesh and i have a bank account with the hdfc bank vivek vihar branch. My customer id is 47551139. I had to temporarily freeze my bank account due to a suspected fraud. I called up net banking and was advised to visit the bank branch to reactivate the account. O went to my nearest branch dated 01 feb 2019 and was told to visit the hoke branch which is in the vivek vihar branch. I spend 500 rupees and submit all the relevant documents and my account was finally reactivated. However i also wanted a new debit card and the branch personal asked me to sign a form and assured me that my net banking and a new ru pay debit card will be issued in 7 working days. I never received the card and i called the phone banking and to my surprise they never requested any debit card. I was pushed from the pillar to the post and after have been on phone for 2 hours finally spoke to the phone banker who was extremely rude and coz i was on call for very long time i requested a supervisor the phone banker said he will not transfer the call and put me on mute and in iritation i used profanity and in exchange the phone banker also abused me. I wrote an email to the bank higher management and complaint was finally addressed and a lady from my home branch called me and said she will get my card in two days and will send an official who will take my signn and a new card will be issied today dated 16th feb the bank official came and took my sign and told me to wait for 7 days. He called his belrabch manager named amrish sinha who said that it will take time and since i was unhappy i shouted and he said "agar mein batmizi pe aya to dek lena". I was so angry i started to use profanity. He also was very aggressive and called my employer and trying to eat my job. My mother is a patient of dirpression and i dont have access to money and i was chasing the bank for a long time. A lady from the vivek vihar branch called and said to me that her grand mother died and that's why she couldn't send the form and right after that i received another call from the vivek vihar branch from a male employee stating their was a problem with the courier team and that's why they couldn't send the form. Everyone is giving false information. Now i have been told that i will have to wait for another seven days to get my card. What kind of [censored] service is this. Hdfc bank is bothered about their money and their employees and not the customers. Hdfc is a big bank not due to their work ethics but because of their customers. When i called the phone banking the phone banker aporva called me madarchod. This shows the hdfc bank willingness to assist the customers. I cannot go to the branch everytime to withdraw funds as i have very tight roster. So i short after waiting for 16 days i have to wait for another 7 days because of the bank failure. They were forcing me to take the mastercard. Why would take a master card when my country make ru pay card? Is this how a bank treats their customers.

The vivek vihar branch manager was saying to me in fact he was ordering me to wait for another 7 days. Any higher bank official is a public servant. A customer is not a servant. They take money from us and never offer timely service and if they are unable to provide timely service they will tell customers that their grandmother has died or they have a problem with the courier. No one is giving correct info and then if the customer is angry they will call the customer employer.

Hdfc bank is hungry for money but they don't want to offer service. A third class service i have ever experienced in my entire life. I will also file a rti now. I have already written to mr. Modi explaining this. A cheap organisation with cheap policies. Mr. Amrish sinha was bothered about his employee and wasn't bothered about my mothers situation. Eversince i have requested a new card, no one informed to me about the situation.

How the hell mr. Amrish sinha have the oddesity to call my employer. Who is he. Amrish sinha is a public servant. He was trying to save his employer and was bothered about his employee situation. What about my situation. Am i a servant of hdfc? Mr. Puri you must consider kicking mr. Amrish sinha out of his job.

I have money but cant use it. I have to litrelly borrow 20 rupees for milk and daily home required stuff.

The bank never understand a consumer problem.
If we incase if the customer get late for their payments. They call u 100 times in a day.

I am mentally harassed by the hdfc bank.

Now they are trying eat my job. Please call me to discuss more about this.
The reason why i was abusing because i was fed of their service. A customer must be god and not a dog. A customer invest trust and money must get service as promised and on time. My mother needs medical treatment and i cannot access my own money because of the hdfc bank opeartional failure.

The hdfc branch manager amrish sinha was uterly an idiot and his staff was say it that i will get a new card in 2 days where as amrish sinha saying seven days.

The hdfc bank employees consider customer as god when a customer buy something from them. After sales when it comes to service they consider customer as dogs. Why is it that the banks are not penalized. Why always a customer has to face. I admit i was abusive but the bank employees triggered me to do so.

Previously the phone banker abused me on call. This means that the bank employee can abuse a customer but a customer doesn't have any rights or respect.

If a customer is irritated because of bank service and abuse they call the customers employer. And insult their customers. What a third class service. I have checked the complaint raised by other customers and the hdfc bank has never been helpful. Why is it that a customer faces issues because of bank operational failures. When i told the bank on the 01st day that my mother in in hospital and i need money urgently. They said everything will be taken care off and after 16 days they are now telling me to wait for another seven days. Why???

Hdfc bank has the worst and third class standard and very poor customer service. I have requesting a card for 17 days now. My mother has to be admitted to hospital and i don't have money. Further the vivek vihar branch manager called my employer to eat my job. If my mother dies or i do who will take the responsibility. The bank is of no help till now. I badly need funds. Please i beg of you. Please help me and fire the vivek vihar branch manager amrish sinha.

No one is willing to help customers @ the hdfc bank. Hdfc bank is busy making black money and i am sure they convrrt black money into white.

Why is it that no action is taken on the vivek vihar branch manager amrish sinha.

He was threatening me to eat my job. I will go to the consumer court if an immediate action is not taken against mr amrish sinha.

Why is it that hdfc consider customers as dogs.

Why hdfc not giving clear and precise information. Why is it that different people giving different info.

Hdfc is a fraud company. Eats money do not offer service and then scold the customer.

As if everything is customers fault.

Have i done a mistake being with the hdfc bank.

I am a hdfc customer for 12 years. I think i have made a biggest mistake trusting hdfc bank.

I want my atm card now.

I wanthdfc bank and their ceo mr. Puri and all board of directors to fire mr. Amrish sinha.

If i commit suicide... Hdfc bank will be whole sole responsible for this and specially mr. Amrish sinha.

If something happens to my mother... I will hold hdfc bank responsible.

I want my card now

I want mr amrish sinha to be fired from his job.

What a stupid way of doing business.

What a stupid service hdfc offers.

Hdfc is a chor and a fraud company. And so is their employees.

I will keep on posting until i get my card and amrish says sorry to me. And i want hdfc to call my employer and apologize to disturb them and to drag my company into this freak show.

Mr. Puri you have sold your sole against money. I wish someone is dying in your family and you cannot use money. Then i will see your courage.

Hdfc is making fool of their customers. Cheating is in the hdfc blood.

Hdfc eats customers money and make them fool. I have been expecting my card and other services to resume for the last 17 days and now i have to wait for another seven days. What the hell.

Please help me before i comit suicide.
