I opened my bank account in kot ise khan branch but i did not receive my welcome kit

I have applied for the fasttag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number[protected] is also not reachable. HDFC personnel banker also showing helpless in this matter.

I have paid for hdfc fastag. But till date have not received any update on the same. The toll free number is also not reachable. Hdfc branch is not able to help
What can be done my application number is HFR01030627 .please help me resolve as i am not able to apply alternatively.

6th December I got confirmation from Bank that FASTTAG is issued but till date same is not received neither any dispatch communication.

Dear hdfc, its nearly going to be a month inspite of mailing u and reminding thousand times i have still not received my fastag.if bank does not have time to reply then i can send u a lock and key... kindly refund my money back...if bank does not value cash customer then we also dont neeed bank...
