HDFC Bank — hdfc bank offer 10% cashback not received | |
Ade a purchase for inr 23, 255 on louis phillipe store on 23 june, 2019. Promotion for 10% cashabck on hdfc bank credit card was going on during that period. I made the purchase with my hdfc credit card but still i am waiting for my cashback. Tried getting touch with hdfc bank customer care and they are asking for the sms or email for th offer. The offer was in-store so i don't have any sms or email for that, seems like they are just trying to avoid my case Everytime am getting different reasons for my complain This is ridiculous i called so many times now they say am not eligible cant they say this at first and why am not eligible they dont even know reason Was this information helpful? | |
