Hi all,

I have used my credit card and added rs 5000 in my payzapp account.
Then i have transferred to my icici savings account.in payzapp its shows successful. But in my bank account its not credited.

I am trying to reach the payzapp customer care number[protected] for past 3 days always its busy fed up of this app and customer care.

The mobile number i used in payzapp +[protected]

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

Post checking the details, we see that you had made a IMPS transaction on 22-Aug-2017 13:02:30 for Rs. 5000/- and the transaction had failed. The refund for the same will be credited to your PayZapp wallet card within 5 working days.
