I am premchand. K, using hdfc credit card since 2015. I have availed full credit (40000) twice and successfully paid on time. I have been requesting, begging them to provide me an emi option to pay the credit dues. They are not providing me nore over when i call them they speak very rudely on call and disconnects on face. Hence now i am not in a situation to pay them hence bcoz of high interest rate. I am paying minimum billing amount since 4 months. Now i am very serious about this concern for not providing me an emi option from bank, i am gonna a file a case against you guys in human rights and i am loosing my peraonal ambience for calling u guys multiple timea where no one ready to help me. I am just asking u guys to provide me an emi option yaar. So that i can pay ontime properly wih oht any delay. Y the hell u guys r sucking money from me like blood. Feel like getring suicide yaar.. # bank hdfc. I am using kotak mahindra credit card they r providing emi option from day 1 onwards.. Verified Support Mar 03, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We are fully sensitized to your comments expressed and regret for the inconvenience caused to you in this regard. We wish to clarify that, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. Further, HDFC Bank offers several promotional offers such as Smart EMI, Insta Jumbo Loan, Balance transfer etc. to its card holder's from time to time basis, certain parameters set by the Bank and is at its discretion. These offers are intimated to the customer's vide mailers, statement inserts, Bank's website, etc. and is followed as a standard procedure across all card accounts.. -Anay HDFC Bank Customer Assistance | |
