[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card cancellation of one assist membership

Dear sir,
Yesterday why my account had been debited by 60.49 Rs refund it back to my account.

TID no:42051016 not working for some cards

Last 2-3 month I 've a credit card but it's bill statements not available if bill no pay charges applied but statment not provide .Any customer/person not pay extra money whose it's not usage . So I m not pay if my all statments not provide .

Kindly Cancel the One Assist MFEE scheme on my card it's not activated by me and 1399 debit on my card limit..

I want to permanently cancelled my Credit card and Debit Card from HDFC
Please provide me all process

My account has been falsely deducted by around Rs 900, as debit card charges. And the bank had committed that no such charges would be debited.

Please be informed, your membership cancellation is in process vide service request number 3609112. However, you are not entitled for any refund, as you need to cancel membership within 30 days of subscription. We ensure no renewal would be done for the policy.
