Cancellation of One Assist Membership
I am a HDFC bank credit card holder. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So request you to please cancel the one assist membership. Please confirm once done.

The bank has auto debited Rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 0691 without my concern on date:15/06/2019. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of Rs.1399/-

The EMI amount against my consumer durable loan no. [protected] which was due on June 5th has not been deducted though adequate balance was maintained in the account from which the amount is recovered. Kindly look in to and take necessary action.

I have received first message on 1st may deduction of Rs 199 and same Message I got today. I have put complaint to hdfc through Twitter and by email as well but got no satisfactory response or reply from hdfc.

Dear Sir,
I Meenu Sharma Prop of M S Enterprises having C. Account no.[protected], i have applied cheque through net banking dated 22/5/2019 last one week online showing cheque book has dispatched but still i have not received
i request to you kindly take necessary action and provide cheque book require on urgently basis
I have taken HDFC Fas Tag but the tag is getting read or not working at majority of locations of Toll Gate.

I had tried to contact the customer care to request a new TAG but surprisingly the customer care no. [protected] nobody is answering for the past 5 - 6 days.
