[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Hdfc credit card for making false promise. | |||||
I got a call from one of hdfc credit card executive stating that there is pre approved hdfc credit card as i am working for xxxxx company. I said i don`t have any intrest in credit card as i already have 2 credit cards, she is insisting me to take the credit card. Also offering me that i will get american tourister bag. She initially said while submitting documents i will be getting american tourister bag. When the other executive came to collect the documents he said that he is not aware of it, then i make a call to initial person she said i will be getting once credit card get approved. Once i got the credit card i have asked delivery guy he said there is no such offers. When i call to the initial cheater lady ([protected]) she never picks my call... Dear sir,
One assist service was renewed to my credit card without my prior permission and charged 1799. Last year i had a same issue and got my sevice cancelled.
Please make them to refund my amount
