[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card fraudulent charges and wrong due amount

I am hdfc customer since 2012 and i have been using hdfc credit card since 2015. However, in last month credit card statement, i have observed discrepancies as listed below

1) some fraudulent charges have been applied as described below

13/07/2018 mer emi, int nbr:02, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980713010977147) 163.27
13/07/2018 mer emi, int nbr:02, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980713010977121) 68.07
13/07/2018 offus emi, prin nb:02, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980713010977154) 1, 224.07
13/07/2018 consolidated fcy markup fee (Ref# vt181830069012450000103) 13.74
13/07/2018 offus emi, int nbr:02, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980713010977162) 166.58

2) further, the total of statement as line by line spending sums to rs. 14718.18 and due amout mentioned is rs. 15405.00.

I want details of the charges applied and differential amount from due amount return in my account. I may go to consumer forum if my complaint is not dealt with due diligence.
