[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc credit card / received wrong credit card

I had applied for a regalia first credit card. The verification was done right but yesterday when i received it, it was a dinersclub international-clubmiles card.

I tried reaching the customer care service but could not connect. The executive who i was in touch with, isn't responding/reachable either.

Please guide me on how to procure the card i had applied for replacing the one i have with me.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility)and operating/credit processes (which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports, and document verifications). In view of the same, the credit card for Diners Club Miles has been approved.
