Cancellation/deactivate of one assist membership (Enhance wa privilege single plan) I am a hdfc bank debit card holder. The bank has auto debited two times of rs. 1799/- from my debit card number ending with 9253 without my concern on date : 09/11/2018 & 24/11/2018. Now i am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership permanently in future. Dear Customer,
As per the telephonic conversation. Please be informed, your membership cancellation is in process vide service request number 3640375 and 3640374 for both the Insurance policies. However, you are not entitled for any refund, as you need to cancel membership within 30 days of subscription. However, please be informed you will get the amount credited in your bank account which was deducted from your account within 5 to 7 working days.
