[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag not received yet after 10 days

I have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount) on 4th december 2019. The reference number of the application is hfr890230.

On 12th dec i have received an email stating your fastag has been successfully recharged for rs. 300 on 12/12/2019 11:12:40 pm. Our reference number for the transaction is[protected]. Balance amount in the account is rs. 300.00 - hdfc bank ltd.

However till today i have not received the fasttag and there is no update about when i can expect to get it.

The purpose of applying online is faster processing otherwise would have applied and got it in any toll gates. Please update on the status.
