[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag application

Hi,

I applied for hdfc fastag, through my hdfc bank customer id 42812397 on 11 nov and payment has been made through hdfc credit card.

After submission it was showing application and other details will be share on your hdfc registered email id, till now i haven't got any details.

I tried to reach hdfc fastage, toll free number not working and other hdfc bank account and credit card customer care team is also not supporting. T

Complaint marked as Resolved

After the complaint, next day i have received sms regarding my application status that my application has been approved with ID number. After 4 days i have received one more message saying that your TAG has bee dispatched. So, finally it's took 21 days for me to get my FASTAG from the date of application submission.

HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We regret the inconvenience caused. Your application has been received at our end and you will receive the Tag in 5-7 working days. The dispatch details of the tag will be shared with you via SMS. Kindly contact Fastag Helpline at[protected] in case of any clarification in the interim.
