[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag

I have applied for a fastag using hdfc's online portal. I have also paid rs. 300/- using my hdfc debit card. However, no receipt was generated. No one answers on the customer care number provided on the hdfc's portal for fastag. I have uploaded the application form along with all documents and the application reference number is hfr016436. I have been a customer with hdfc bank for more than 10 years and the experience has been good. However, this is disappointing. I hope this is resolved as soon as possible. Dec 13, 2017 Updated by Vinod Kumar@76 I received the following sms this evening from HDFC bank. This sms however is of no use as still there is no update regarding the issuance of the Fastag. No one has bothered to contact me regarding this. Sms as received: Your FasTag A/c has been Successfully Recharged for Rs. 100 with value date 12/13/2017 6:24:04 PM.
