Hi, I have applied for hdfc fastag on 22nd of december. Finally i have my fastag delivered on january 5th. Since then, am trying to contact hdfc customer care since the online registration for first time is not working. Its asking for customer id, wallet id and all. As per the registration site, all these will be in the welcome e-mail. I have not received any welcome mail yet. No response on the customer care number [protected], i have tried countless times and seems like a fake number. Such an established bank is giving this kind of pathetic services is quite unbelievable. I have seen lots of complaints regarding this and only reply is to contact sahaj email id. This is again found useless. I wonder i made a mistake on taking this very common service from a wrong vendor! Was this information helpful? | |||

Account closing form submitted by me in hdfc bank Banda UP India two times but related bank had not done any action since last 9 month.
