[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag | |||
Dear consumer forum. I have purchased fastag from hdfc bank on 24th january 2018. I received my fastag on 5th february 2018 at 18:15 (Kindly see attached courier tracking page part 1 and part 2). I have been charged rs. 60 for transaction at anewadi toll plaza on 5th february 2018 at 06:01 (Kindly see attached screen shot of transaction). This matter has been already discussed with hdfc customer care person (Mr. Aakarshan sharma) and he agrred that it was due to scanning of tag during transit through courier service and he promised me that i will get my refund witihin 15 days. But till today even after 2 months i havent received the refund. Now when i am calling customer care service they are not able to help. So i am writing here. Please help me to get out of this as soon as possible.
