I have applied for hdfc fastag online and submitted all necessary documents as well as fees online on 29th november 2019. My application reference number is hfr771873. It has been 13 days since i have submitted my application, but i have not received fastag. (Supposed to be received in 07 days). Please kindly update my application status. Your tag will be dispatched to your mailing address within 10-15 working days. The delay is due to an exceptional surge in applications received from customers. We are arranging for processing on priority and you will receive dispatch details via SMS once the tag is dispatched. We request your patience in the interim.
