* this is second time complaint on this portal* Earlier complaint resolved by hdfc team stating after 7 working days tag will get delivered but its been more than 7 workikg days on the below request and card has not been dispatched yet Application ref no - hfr369841 I have applied for hdfc fastag on 14th nov 2019. After successful submission, message displayed as you will receive fastag in 7 days and representative will contact you. On 14th nov 2019, i received email with walletid saying account is created. But i havent yet received any mail or phone regarding dispatch of fastag. Was this information helpful? | |||
