HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag mapped to different user. app ref: hfr257366

I had applied for hdfc fastag but the tag is tagged to some other user in gujarat. When i called the customer care, they asked to send an email to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com which i sent along with rc copy, aadhaar and application copy on oct 2nd. When i called them today, they say they have not even received the email. I have not received any email bounce message as well.

Can't understand how can they even tag it to someother customer inspite of having the documents as proof.

Updated by Siva Krishna Varma Gajarla No resolution till now. and Fastag team never contacted me. I had to call them every time and even now they say its forwarded to concerned department, but don't have a date on when this will be resolved. Its raised on Oct2nd and totally non-responsive email mechanism with no Service request tracking or SLAs.
