HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag mapped to different user. app ref: hfr257366 | |||
I had applied for hdfc fastag but the tag is tagged to some other user in gujarat. When i called the customer care, they asked to send an email to fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com which i sent along with rc copy, aadhaar and application copy on oct 2nd. When i called them today, they say they have not even received the email. I have not received any email bounce message as well. Can't understand how can they even tag it to someother customer inspite of having the documents as proof. Was this information helpful? | |||
