HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag - no confirmation | |||
Hi, I am a hdfc bank customer, and i have applied for fastag online via website. Payment has been deducted and after such payment deduction the session got timed out and there was no confirmation email or sms nothing. Transaction id is[protected] I have tried calling their toll free helpline number, but the number is busy from past 4 days. I also visited the bank branch and the branch people have advised us to wait saying that this is the issue with all the customers and we can't confirm anything. They have requested to wait for 10 days. Please provide an appropriate solution for this problem as fastags are compulsory from 1st dec and we might be penalised for non usage.
