HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag - no response after taking payment | |||
This is Reg. Reference number HFR107709. I am an existing savings account holder with HDFC and I had applied for fastag on March8. I got a confirmation msg saying I will receive the fastag in 7 days. Post 7 days, didn't receive the fastag and there was no communication from HDFC. I called up customer care and I was told that the request is on hold since the kyc is pending. Disappointed that no one told me about this until I called up customer care. The customer support executives were not at all helpful in resolving the issue. Appeared as if they were blaming the customer for not having the 6th sense of sharing KYC. also I was asked to send the KYC docs to fastag.[protected]@insolutions.com. they were not ready to transfer the call to some senior executive who could help as well. Shred the documents and requested speedy response to help me meet my objective of travelling with fastag, guess what - no response from there too. Worst experience ever with HDFC Bank.
