[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag - no welcome email or wallet id received | |||
Name: abhishek soni Vehicle number: mh31ek 7102 Application reference number: hfr169969 Applied on 29/06/2019 I have not received my fastag wallet id or the 'welcome email' which contains my account details. I am unablel to login or recharge my fastag account because i do not have my account details. The customer service does not respond on the phone numbers mentioned on the website and no email id is mentioned where i can raise a complaint or have a conversation with them.
