[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag not delivered | |
I have applied for fastag online on hdfc fastag portal and got the customer id and wallet id created on november 26th, 2019. In the portal i could see that fastag account being active and recharged for rs.300 with the customer id[protected]. Even though i received an sms on nov 28th, 2019 saying, i will receive the fastag card in 3-4 days time, but till date i have not received fastag card yet in my communication address. Also i'm unable to reach customer care through the number provided ([protected]). Kindly assist. Was this information helpful? | |
