[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag not issued

Hdfc fastag not issued yet as its been more than 2 weeks i've ordered it. I've received emails stating my account has been activated but no intimation if my rfid tag is being shipped or not. Hdfc customer representatives have no answer to this and hdfc fastag number is always busy!!!. Seems like only 1 person is working in the fastag dept. This is bad customer service. Everytime i call hdfc customer care... They don't really care for their customers. Request hdfc bank officials to kindly check on my account and make sure i receive my rfid tag asap.
