HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag not received | |||
It has been a while since i requested for fastag everything is ready and set but they are not sending the fastag even the account and fastag are created. I didn't expect this from HDFC else would have taken the tag from somewhere else but i also had to buy another tag from other place too. And the customer care number [protected] worst that i have seen you keep on trying 24hrs only music comes and money will be deducted from balance they won't pick your call i have tried a week and they picked it finally but it is of no use when i ask for the tag they say it will be dispatched if i ask when not sure can you call us after 3 days and when you try to call after 3 days they will not pick your call. If HDFC Fastag is not able to provide service better to stop instead of wasting our time your branding. Was this information helpful? | |||
