[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag not received

I had applied for fastag with reference number hfr819530 on 30th of november 2019. I have still not received the fastag at my address.

I have received the wallet id and already registered for online recharge.

The wallet is showing the money credited also but still no sign of the fastag.

What is the use of the wallet and online portal if the fastag itself is not on my car.

Resolve this asap so that i can start using the fastag.
