[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag not received | |
I applied for hdfc fastag online on 29/11/2019 with appilcation ref no. Hfr716538 and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents of aadhaar and vehicle registration certificate. After that i received customer id & wallet id on 04/12/2019 through sms. And even my wallet was recharged for inr.300 (Reference number for the transaction is[protected]. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker. I've also attached the sms details sent by hdfc bank. Tried communicating through toll free number so many times, but it is always busy. Was this information helpful? | |
Dec 22, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally my FASTag got delivered on 20th Dec. HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 16, 2019 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We regret any inconvenience you may have faced. Your application is received at our end & you will receive the Tag within 15 working days. The delay is due to an exceptional surge in applications received from customers. We are arranging for processing on priority and you will receive dispatch details via SMS once the tag is dispatched.
