[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag not received | |||
I haven't received the fastag from hdfc fastag even after a month of applying. They claim to send it in 15 days!! The wallet is loaded with 300 rs for each tag on dec 6th. The customer care no. Doesnt work and there is no way we can connect with them and raise complaint. No proactive information or update on when i'll receive my fastags. I am surprised that its hdfc who has this level of service. They should introspect. Was this information helpful? | |||
