[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag not received for the second car even after 31 days. | |||
Hi - have ordered 2 fastag on 10 nov believing hdfc but after raising complaint here had received for one of my car on 3-Dec, In spite of requesting on the same request till now no answer/reply has been posted. HFR352810 is my reference number. Again the contact contact number is never answered. Now with 15-Dec as the new deadline and how come the second car can be driven or crossed the TOLL. Weird to see such negligence can be sited by HDFC bank by forgetting to dispatch the second Fastag even after adding the second car to my WALLET. And ignoring query on top of my previous request is gain unprofessional. TagID has been already generated but yet to receive. Twice the amount to be charged on toll if not paid by fastag and i cannot do that for my second car, it is going to give us a bad experience from a bank. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
