HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag - ref# - hfr546567 - no response for the new application | |||
Being a privileged customer of hdfc bank since 2010, I have submitted a new application for fastag with ref# - hfr546567 through hdfc portal 3 days ago by paying rs 500/-. I have not received any confirmation email / sms about the same till now. I could not even connect with fastag customer care [protected] as its always been busy (Might be intentional act). Requesting for resolution on the same. Note: we understand that the fastag delivery might take 7 working days from the date of application. But a confirmation email / sms would make us relax and confident about the application we submitted. Otherwise we would be under money loss impression. Was this information helpful? | |||
