[Resolved] HDFC Bank — hdfc fastag sticker not received | |||
I applied for hdfc fastag online and made payment of inr.500. I have also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate. After that i received customer id & wallet id on 06/12/2019 through sms and email. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.300. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker. I tried calling customer care but there was no proper response from them. Some how i have raised a complaint and they said it would take 7 working days to identify the issue. Now its more than 15 days still didn't get any response. The complaint number banc[protected]. I am clueless whether i will receive fastag sticker or else the bank will reimburse the amount.
