HDFC Bank — hdfc food card related issue

I had lost my food plus card, i am a tcs associate, card is already been blocked and requested for new card through this link https://leads.hdfcbank.com/applications/webforms/apply/HDFC_FoodplusCard_TCS/ind...⇄ but there is no response from the bank. Also my old card has balance money in that account.
